Camps are open to any and all entrants (limited only by age, grade level and/or gender). NCAA rules prohibit free/reduced camp admission for prospect-aged individuals.
Q: What is camp schedule?

Skills Academy | 9 am – 9 pm on Saturday, 6/23 and 9 am – 1 pm on Sunday 6/24.

There’s also an early bird discount for both camps.  It should already be deducted from tuition, so no code needed.

Q: Where will I eat and sleep?

Skills Academy campers are responsible for their lodging on Saturday, June 23rd. Day campers are responsible for their lodging on Tuesday, June 26th. There are many hotels near JPJ arena. If you are traveling from out of town and need lodging, we recommend visiting the lodging page at visitcharlottesville.org .  Lunch is included as a part of both camps. You should bring extra sports drinks, water or snacks if desired.

Q. Can I make a deposit or do I have to pay in full now?
Unfortunately, given how close we are to the first day of our camps, we’re not offering a deposit option this year. Full payment is due at registration.
Q. What time and where is check-in?
SKILL ACADEMY – Saturday, June 23 at 8 am at John Paul Jones Arena.
DAY CAMP – Tuesday, June 26, campers may start arriving at 8:15 a.m. Camp will begin each day promptly at 9 a.m. on the main floor and end there at 3 p.m. Parking is free in the main surface lot in front of John Paul Jones Arena on the days of camp. Parents are welcome to watch any portion or all of camp. NOTE: We will not have food available to parents during lunch break.
Q. What should I bring?

For both camps, campers should bring insurance and release forms, comfortable shoes, water bottle, any necessary medications and a great attitude.

Q. Do you have any overnight camps?
No, we do not have any overnight camps available. If you are traveling from out of town and need lodging, we recommend visiting the lodging page at visitcharlottesville.org. The Inn at Darden, Holiday Inn on Emmett Street, Hyatt Place and English Inn are all located within 2 miles of John Paul Jones Arena, and many others are a short distance as well.
Q. What kind of medical care is available?
Certified athletic trainers are on site throughout camp. Please be sure to include any information that will be important for them to know when filling out your daughter’s medical history form. If medication needs to be administered, or there is a special circumstance our medical staff needs to be aware of, you will be able to meet with an athletic trainer the morning of check-in.
